On October 24th Blair Ruble, Director of the Kennan Institute and Comparative Urban Studies Project (USA) gave a lecture at the HSE on the development of metropolitan governance around the world.
A Graduate School of Urban Studies and Planning has been launched at the HSE. The new department will be the first in Russia to train experts in urban spatial planning.
